Christina María Aguilera

Born December 18, 1980
Christina María Aguilera is an American Pop/R&B singer and songwriter. Aguilera first appeared on national television in 1990 as a contestant on the Star Search program, and went on to star in Disney Channel's television series

"I want a bad boy in public, and a pussy cat at home."

"Maybe best pop
female vocal, I am kind of keeping my fingers crossed but you never know what is going on behind the scenes, but good bums come in all shapes and sizes"

"I wasn`t expecting it [Grammy]... I`m such a newcomer among all these people. "

"I feel so fortunate to be 22 right now and having three [grammy awards] under my belt, which is amazing. "

"I want to have something that`s different to the way I`ve been portrayed. I admire Angelina Jolie - she acts tough but is still sexy. "

"[about Eminem`s lyrics in "The Real Slim Shady" which contained sexual references about her] It`s disgusting and offensive and above all it`s not true. "

"I wouldn`t feel comfortable wearing clothes that covered my entire body. "

"I`m not really religious but very spiritual. I give money to this company that manufactures hearing aids on a regular basis. More people should really hear me sing. I have a gift from God"

"I think that whatever size or shape body you have, it`s important to embrace
it and get down! The female body is something that`s so beautiful. I wish women would be proud of their bodies and not dis other women for being proud of theirs! "

- Christina Aguilera

Christina Aguilera likes to think of herself as sexy -- and her former Stripped image certainly reflected that. But being sexy is not only about wearing revealing clothes, it's about attitude and personality -- traits often associated with maturity and life experience.

Like any young lady, however, Christina did experience a burst of maturity and left that raunchy "Dirrty" image behind. She reemerged in 2006 a newlywed and a more refined singer and performer with Back to Basics. With classier clothes to show off her curves and less makeup to let her true beauty peek through, Christina matured from an overly sexualized teen, to a jaw-dropping sexy woman.

As a child, Aguilera aspired to be a singer. She was known locally as "the little girl with the big voice", singing in local talent shows and competitions.According to VH1's Driven, whenever competitors learned they would be up against her in any given week, they would immediately withdraw, prompting insiders to claim it was "like sending a lamb to the slaughter." Her peers soon became jealous of her and would frequently subject her to ridicule, ostracism, and, in one gym class, attempted assault. Acts of vandalism around her house included the slashing of the tires on the family car. Eventually, the family relocated to another suburb in the Pittsburgh area (this time, Wexford) and took to secrecy about Aguilera's talent lest another backlash occur. She attended Marshall Middle School near Wexford and North Allegheny Senior High School until she was later home-schooled.

On March 15, 1990, she appeared on Star Search singing "A Sunday Kind of Love", but lost the competition at number 2. Soon after losing on Star Search, she returned home and appeared on Pittsburgh's KDKA-TV's Wake Up with Larry Richert to perform the same song. People remarked that the then ten-year-old "sounded 20."

Throughout her youth in Pittsburgh, Aguilera sang "The Star-Spangled Banner" before Pittsburgh Penguins hockey, Pittsburgh Steelers football and Pittsburgh Pirates baseball games. Her first major role in entertainment came in 1993 when she joined the Disney Channel's variety show The New Mickey Mouse Club. Her co-stars included Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, Ryan Gosling, and Keri Russell, the show lasted another year until its cancellation. According to the documentary Driven, Aguilera's co-stars called her "the Diva". One of her most notable performances was of Whitney Houston's "I Have Nothing".

At the age of fourteen, Aguilera recorded her first song, "All I Wanna Do", a hit duet with Japanese singer Keizo Nakanishi. In 1997, she represented the United States at the "Golden Stag" International Festival with a two-song set.

In 1998, Aguilera sang the High "E" in full voice (and again on the Candyman song from her Back To Basics album for a full 8 seconds) (E5) on a cover of Whitney Houston's "Run to You" which she recorded with a tape recorder in her bathroom. She was then selected to record the song "Reflection" for the Disney production of Mulan (1998). Recording "Reflection" led to Aguilera earning a contract with RCA Records the same week. "Reflection" peaked within the top twenty on the Adult Contemporary Singles Chart, and it was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for "Best Original Song" in 1998. Under the exclusive representation of Steve Kurtz, Aguilera's self-titled debut album Christina Aguilera was released on August 24, 1999. It reached the top of the Billboard 200 and Canadian album charts, selling eight million copies in the U.S. and over 17 million copies worldwide. The album is also included in the Top 100 Albums of All Time list of The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) based on US sales

Her singles "Genie in a Bottle", "What a Girl Wants" and "Come on Over Baby (All I Want Is You)" topped the Billboard Hot 100 during 1999 and 2000, and "I Turn to You" reached #3. According to the album's songwriters, Aguilera wanted to display the range and audacity in her voice during the promotion of the album, and performed acoustic sets and appeared on television shows accompanied only by a piano. She ended the year on MTV's New Year's Special, as she performed and was MTV's first artist of the millennium. At the 2000 Grammys Aguilera received a Best Female Pop Vocal Performance nomination for "Genie in a Bottle" and despite earlier predictions, she won the award for Best New Artist.

The newlywed's more jazzy and soul-inspired Back to Basics was released in 2006, and Christina's first single, "Ain't No Other Man," went on to win a 2007 Grammy Award in the Best Female Pop Vocal category. The mature and catchy rhythm of that track made us wish that there weren't no other man, which is why she landed on our Top 99 Most Desirable Women list in 2008.

Jennifer Joanna Aniston

Born on February 11, 1969
Jennifer Joanna Aniston is an American actress. She became famous in the 1990s for her role as Rachel Green in the popular US sitcom Friends, a role for which she won an Emmy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and a Screen Actors Guild Award.

Jennifer Aniston has often been described as the girl next door, but thanks to her hardcore fitness regime and outgoing personality, she's proven that the girl next door can just as sexy as the vixen down the block. At 40 years old, she recently topped Details magazine's list of "World's Sexiest Women" for 2009, beating out Megan Fox and Gisele Bundchen, who came in second and third respectively. We bought multiple copies of the January issue of GQ featuring the ultra fit Jennifer Aniston on the cover completely nude, except for a red, white and blue tie. Her arms and legs might have been strategically placed, but we can still put our imaginations to good use.

Aniston moved to Hollywood and was cast in her first television role in 1990, starring as a regular on the short-lived series Molloy and in the TV movie Camp Cucamonga. She also co-starred in Ferris Bueller, a television adaptation of the 1986 hit movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off. The series, however, was quickly canceled. Aniston then appeared in two more failed television comedy shows, The Edge and Muddling Through, and guest-starred on Quantum Leap, Herman's Head, and Burke's Law. After the string of canceled shows, along with her appearance in the critically derided 1992 horror film, Leprechaun, Aniston considered giving up acting. Aniston's plans changed, however, after auditioning for Friends, a sitcom that was set to debut on NBC's 1994–1995 fall line-up. The producers of the show originally wanted Aniston to audition for the role of Monica Geller, but Courtney Cox was discovered to be best suited for the part of Monica. Thus, Aniston was cast as Rachel Green. She played the character of Rachel from 1994 until the show ended in 2004.

The program was successful and Aniston, along with her co-stars, gained wide renown among television viewers. Her hairstyle at the time, which became known as the "Rachel", was widely copied. Aniston received a salary of one million dollars per episode for the last two seasons of Friends, as well as five Emmy nominations (two for Supporting Actress, three for Lead Actress), including a win for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series. According to the Guinness World Book of Records (2005), Aniston (along with her female costars) became the highest paid TV actress of all time with her $1 million-per-episode paycheck for the tenth season of Friends.

Jennifer Aniston was cast in a Heineken commercial which was later banned due to branding issues. Later, in 1994, Microsoft invited Aniston, along with Friends co-star Matthew Perry, to shoot a 30-minute promotional advertisement for their new operating system, Windows 95. She gained critical acclaim for her performances in The Object of My Affection (1998), a comedy drama about a girl who falls for a gay man, and in the low-budget 2002 film, The Good Girl, directed by Miguel Arteta, playing an unglamorous cashier in a small town. The latter film opened in relatively few theaters—under 700 in total—taking $14M in the U.S. box office. In late 2005, Aniston appeared in two major studio films, Derailed and Rumor Has It.

In addition to her career as a TV actress, Aniston has enjoyed a successful film career. Her biggest box office success to date was her appearance in 2003's Bruce Almighty, in which she played the girlfriend of title character Jim Carrey. Aniston then starred in the 2004 film, Along Came Polly opposite Ben Stiller. In 2006, Aniston appeared in the low-budget drama, Friends with Money, which was first shown at the Sundance Film Festival, received a limited release. Aniston's next film, The Break-Up, which was released on June 2, grossed approximately $39.17 million during its opening weekend, despite lukewarm reviews.

In 2007, Aniston guest starred in an episode of Courteney Cox Arquette's series Dirt. Aniston played Arquette's snobby rival Tina Harrod. In addition to acting, Aniston has also directed a hospital emergency room-set short film named Room 10, starring Robin Wright Penn and Kris Kristofferson; Aniston has noted that she was inspired to direct by actress Gwyneth Paltrow, who directed a short film in 2006.

Forbes listed Aniston as the 10th richest woman in the entertainment industry for the year 2007. She is behind such powerhouses as Oprah Winfrey, J. K. Rowling, Madonna, Mariah Carey, Celine Dion and Jennifer Lopez and is ahead of Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and the Olsen twins. Aniston's net worth is approximately $110 million. Aniston was also included in the annual Star Salary Top 10 of trade magazine The Hollywood Reporter for 2006. According to Forbes in October 2007, Aniston was the top-selling celebrity face of the entertainment industry. In 2008, Aniston landed the seventeenth spot on Forbes Celebrity 100 list based on "earnings and fame." Forbes listed Aniston's earnings as $27 million

On December 25, 2008, Marley & Me, in which Aniston starred alongside Owen Wilson, was released. It set a record for the largest Christmas Day box office ever with $14.75 million in ticket sales. It earned a total of $51.7 million over the four-day weekend and placed #1 at the box office, a position it maintained for two weeks. As of February 15, 2009 its total worldwide gross was $161,608,269.

Her next film in wide release, He's Just Not That into You, opened in February 2009. The movie made $27.5 million, ranking #1 at the box office in its opening weekend. While the film received mixed reviews, Aniston along with Jennifer Connelly, and Ben Affleck are often praised by critics as being the stand-outs in the film.

As of 2009, Aniston's movies have grossed $900,618,847 in the Unites States.

Aniston is a supporter of many charity foundations. She is a supporter of Friends of El Faro, a grassroots non-profit organization that helps raise money for Casa Hogar Sion—an orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico and has appeared in many TV commercials for St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital of whom she is a big supporter. She made a guest appearance on Oprah's Big Give show to support the cause and donated money to help. Aniston hosted September 2008's Stand Up to Cancer show. In the "It Can't Wait" campaign to free Burma, Aniston directed and starred in a video. On April 14, 2007, Aniston received GLAAD's Vanguard Award for her contributions to increased visibility and understanding of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community.

Jennifer Aniston Quotes
"When somebody follows you 20 blocks to the pharmacy, where they watch you buy toilet paper, you know your life has changed."

"I've gone for each type: the rough guy; the nerdy, sweet, lovable guy; and the slick guy. I don't really have a type. Men in general are a good thing."

"The best smell in the world is that man that you love. "

"It`s impossible to satisfy everyone, and I suggest we all stop trying. "

"If we can say, `I loved, and I received a lot of love,` then great. That`s enough. "

"I guess we`d be living in a boring, perfect world if everybody wished everybody else well."

"True love brings up everything - you`re allowing a mirror to be held up to you daily. "

" I don't get sent anything strange like underwear. I get sent cookies. "

"The greater your capacity to love, the greater your capacity to feel the pain. "

"I wouldn't change my childhood, I wouldn't change my heartaches, I wouldn't change my successes... I really love who I am."

"I almost resent the whole fashion thing. Good God. Never wearing the same thing twice and all of those things. It's a pain in the ass."
- Jennifer Aniston

wishing the men in her life would give her the same attention as her dog Norman
It wouldn't be bad if, when a man comes home, he'd run to his woman with his tail wagging ... This sort of excitement is something I've always missed in a man to be honest.

when asked if there will be a "Friends" reunion
Keep your positive thoughts going. There's nothing wrong with thinking positive. We know how much people want that, and we would of course do it if it's right. But I say do it before we get to be geriatic Friends. Like when you watched the Brady Bunch reunion and were like, "Oh my God, look how old Cindy looks!" No, no, no. Let's hurry it up

on her lesbian kiss with Courteney Cox on “Dirt“
It's a good-bye kiss. I don't honestly think people want to see Rachel and Monica at it. I think I won a bet. I said to Courteney, 'How many days will it take to come out? 'Lesbian kiss! Lip-lock!' It was a record, about a week.

on her nose job in 2007
I had a deviated septum fixed--best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years. As far as all the other rumors, as boring as it sounds, (my breasts) they're still mine. Short of letting everybody have a feel, I don't know what else to do. I really am pretty happy with what God gave me.

on seeing pictures of Angelina Jolie and her ex-husband Brad Pitt together
I will not let myself down like that -- I also know what feels good and it doesn't feel good to harbor anger and resentment ... We do have tools to work through stuff. Everybody does.

Jessica Marie Alba

Born on April 28, 1981
Jessica Marie Alba is an American television and film actress. She began her television and movie appearances at age 13 in Camp Nowhere and The Secret World of Alex Mack (1994). Alba rose to prominence as the lead actress in the television series Dark Angel (2000–2002). Alba later appeared in various films including Honey (2003), Sin City (2005), Fantastic Four (2005), Into the Blue (2005), Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer and Good Luck Chuck both in 2007.

Quotes
"I thought it was my job to give all the boys their first kiss."

"My first kiss was when
I was 7, and it was scandalous because he was 10! I only did it so he would pick me on our neighborhood baseball team. And at the time, I thought it was great, but then it sucked because he didn`t even pick me! "

"What happens when the looks fade?. If I don`t establish myself as someone who can act a part rather than look the part, I will soon be finished. "

"It`s porn [Good Luck Chuck (2007)]. There were all these actresses who got conned into being completely naked. Some were strippers, probably. But every day when I was done, I ran away. I was like, "Bye". As long as they didn`t disrespect me,
I
could give a rat`s butt. "

"Men are much bigger divas than women. When I used to do the action scenes in "Dark Angel" (2000) I would have to play it rough. If you hit an actress accidentally, she would usually take it on the chin and say, "Don`t do that again." But with the guys, they would put ice on it, take a 20-minute break and ask for X-rays. It was unbelievable. I would tell them, "Come on, man, get over it." That`s actors for you. "

"Men`s magazines have nipples so why don`t women hav
e a magazine where men show their penises? There`s Playgirl but not a fashion magazine like Elle. If there was a magazine like that I`d buy it. Nudity`s not a big deal to me . . . I`ve said I won`t go naked in any of my movies, because I don`t want to. But that doesn`t mean I don`t want to see other people strip off!"

- Jessica Alba

Alba expressed interest in acting since the age of five. In 1992, the 11-year-old Alba persuaded her mother to take her to an acting competition in Beverly Hills, California whose grand prize was free acting classes. Alba won the grand prize, and took her first acting lessons. An agent signed Alba nine months later. Her first appearance on film was a small role in the 1994 feature Camp Nowhere as Gail. She was originally hired for two weeks but her role turned into a two-month job in a leading role when one of the prominent actresses dropped out.

Alba appeared in two national television commercials for Nintendo and J.C. Penney as a child. She was later featured in several independent films. She branched out into television in 1994 with a recurring role as the vain Jessica in three episodes of the Nickelodeon comedy series The Secret World of Alex Mack. She then performed the role of Maya in the first two seasons of the television series Flipper. Under the tutelage of her lifeguard mother, Alba learned to swim before she could walk, and she was a PADI-certified scuba diver, skills which were put to use on the show, which was filmed in Australia.

In 1998, she appeared as Melissa Hauer in a first-season episode of the Steven Bochco crime-drama Brooklyn South, as Leanne in two episodes of Beverly Hills 90210 and as Layla in an episode of The Love Boat: The Next Wave. In 1999, she appeared in the Randy Quaid comedy feature P.U.N.K.S.. After Alba graduated from high school, she studied acting with William H. Macy and his wife, Felicity Huffman, at the Atlantic Theater Company, which was developed by Macy and Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright and film director, David Mamet.

Alba's most notable film roles have included an aspiring dancer-choreographer in Honey, exotic dancer Nancy Callahan in Sin City and as the classic Marvel Comics character Sue Storm, the Invisible Woman in the Fantastic Four, of which movie critic Mick LaSalle said that her performance while talking for long periods of time was on "shaky ground". She then appeared in its sequel, in Into the Blue later that year, and Good Luck Chuck a few years later. Alba went on to host the 2006 MTV Movie Awards and performed sketches spoofing the movies King Kong, Mission Impossible 3, and The Da Vinci Code.

In 2008, Alba appeared in her first horror-film role in The Eye, a remake of the Hong Kong original. In February, she hosted the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences's Science and Technical Awards. Later in the year, she starred in The Love Guru. She has signed on to star in An Invisible Sign of My Own to be released in 2009

Charity and politics
Alba's charity work includes participation with Clothes Off Our Back, Habitat for Humanity, National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Project HOME, RADD, Revlon Run/Walk for Women, SOS Children Villages, Soles4Souls, and Step up. Alba endorsed Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama during the 2008 primary season.

Alba posed for a bondage-themed print advertising campaign by Declare Yourself, a campaign encouraging voter registration among youth for the 2008 United States presidential election. The ads by photographer Mark Liddell, which feature Alba wrapped in and gagged with black tape, drew national media attention. Alba said of the advertisements, "It didn't freak me out at all."

In this age of instant information, it has become standard practice to measure the popularity of a celebrity by checking how often they are searched on the web. Here's a little insider information: She's one of the most searched women on AskMen.com. Any wonder why?

Jessica Alba is smokin' hot. Whether she was kicking butt as Max on Dark Angel or kicking it to hip-hop as Honey in the movie of the same name, Jessica Alba has the body, booty and beauty to make us want to be her slaves.

Anyone with strawberry-like lips will always score well with us. There are a million and one analogies we can use to better describe her, but why bother? She was gorgeous as a dark-haired "angel," and she's even sexier with her honey-colored hair and tanned skin as a pole dancer in Sin City. It's that simple. And who can resist a gal who can poke fun at herself, as she did in Good Luck Chuck?

Alba appears frequently on the "Hot 100" section of Maxim and was voted AskMen.com's number one on their list of "99 Most Desirable Women" in 2006, as well as "Sexiest Woman in the World" by FHM in 2007. The use of her image on the cover of the March 2006 Playboy sparked a lawsuit by her, which was later dropped. Alba has won various awards for her acting, including the Choice Actress Teen Choice Award and Saturn Award for Best Actress (TV) for her acting in the series Dark Angel, though her acting has also been criticized, as she has been nominated for numerous Razzie Awards as well.
